I really need someone to explain to me why people driving in Chicago and the suburbs (mainly the suburbs) do the following:
When approaching an intersection that the light is green for them they hit their breaks
When they see a car stopped in the lane next to them they hit their breaks or stop

Finished both of my final papers. The one for my cataloging class I thought I wouldn’t do too well. The graded copy came in the mail on Friday and I got a perfect score!!! Was I shocked!!
